Job Description
• Plan, produce, edit and maintain operational and training documentation in various media outputs.
• Produce and maintain a customer-oriented online help system.
• Produce and edit a wide range of company documents (user guides, release notes, installation guides, APIs).
Requirements
• At least 5 years experience as a technical writer for an enterprise software product.
• Technical capapilities - Must.
• Ability to document complex business processes and concepts in easy to understand terms.
• Experience with all phases of the documentation lifecycle, from draft to finished product.
• Excellent knowledge of RoboHelp.
• English mother tongue - mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Hebrew.
• Academic degree.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Independent working capability, excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented.

Business Intelligence (BI) Developer Position - position 128  

Job Description
• Be a part of a small quality BI group as part of the R&D department in Galor.
• Develop BI and reporting solutions for external and internal usage.
• Work closely with Galor's product team to design and develop SQL Server's reporting services reports.
• Develop and understand complex T-SQL ETL procedures.
• Possess a thorough understanding of Galor's product's business logic.
Requirements
• SQL Server's T-SQL syntax experience.
• Working experience in MS SQL 2005/2008 environment.
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience.
• Familiarity with QlikView – Advantage.
• Excellent ability to understand business processes.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Project Manager - Position 129  

Job Description
• Manage projects from contract signing to full implementation of the software product at customer site
• Create and execute project work plan (for entire project lifecycle) and revise as needed to meet any changing needs and requirements
• Actively support the customer’s business development
• Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project lifecycle
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project

Requirements
• 3-5 years proven experience in international customer management, in complex environments , with a strong emphasis on business aspects
• Industrial and management engineering degree - Mandatory
• Experience in interfacing with multiple company departments including Marketing and R&D
• Troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
• Highly service oriented, excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Training experience - Advantage
• Excellent English writing and verbal skills - Mandatory
• Additional languages - Advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad
