Full-Stack Developer

About The Position

We’ve come a long way since we first opened our doors, but our mission has always stayed the same: to provide world class solutions for the travel industry. Travel Booster is a constantly improving ERP solution that frees users from the complexities of creation so they can do more, faster. We are looking for a hands-on Fullstack Developer who will design and implement scalable, production-ready solutions and integrate modern technologies such as LLMs, MCP, and agent-based frameworks into our platforms. In addition to driving innovation, this role will involve full-stack development for web applications and backend services, ensuring seamless integration of advanced capabilities into our existing ecosystem.

 What will your job look like?

  • Develop APIs and microservices for integration with internal and external systems
  • Build and deploy AI-powered features using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face).
  • Implement MCP-based integrations for context-aware workflows.
  • Create and orchestrate AI agents for automation and intelligent decision-making.
  • Write production-grade code for AI workflows, including prompt engineering, function calling, and agent orchestration.
  • Integrate AI services into ERP, web apps, and backend systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and best practices (LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP).
  • Create orchestration layers for intelligent workflows and automation
  • Drive internal education and help teams leverage AI effectively – MCP, Agents.
  • Ensure AI models and agents are monitored, retrained, and optimized for performance.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
  • Apply responsible AI principles, data privacy, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, React, and Node.js.
  • Backend development experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud environments.
  • Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems for task automation.
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI agent frameworks.
  • Solid experience integrating LLMs into applications (OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, open source LLMs modules).
  • Experience building APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and integration patterns.
  • Experience with fine-tuning and deploying models in production.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Proactive, Fast learner and team player
  • Knowledge in Agile and Scrum - Advantage
  • Excellent English writing and verbal skills – Mandatory
